Capital Infrastructure
Connect the credit decision to the movement of money.
Finanzer’s funding design links the lender mandate, approved obligation, payout instruction and repayment record across the permitted settlement routes.
Start with who supplies the capital.
Banks, lenders, private-credit funds and other eligible allocators have different mandates. Allocation needs to fit the underlying asset and the agreed responsibilities.
Choose the rail around the obligation.
Fiat and approved stablecoins can serve funding or settlement. Currency, custody, conversion, redemption and legal rights need to be resolved for each arrangement.
Instruction
Identify the beneficiary, currency, purpose and authority.
Settlement
Record the execution result and any conversion or routing step.
Reconciliation
Match the money movement to the facility and its obligations.
Use shared records where they help reconciliation.
The on-chain design records permitted financial states and events. Controlled business evidence and personal data remain separate from public records.
A transaction hash does not by itself explain the contractual right, payment purpose or repayment allocation. The credit record supplies that context.
FZR has a separate proposed participation and risk role. The facility defines the approved assets used to lend, settle and repay.
Map the movement of funds.
Identify the lender, payment destination, settlement rail and reconciliation records your process requires.
