Stablecoins & Settlement

Follow the money from funding to repayment.

Finanzer is developing settlement services that connect a lender’s capital to a business and its repayment obligation. Bank and stablecoin routes share the same facility record.

Know what is supplied, received and owed

Know what is supplied, received and owed.

The funding asset, settlement asset and repayment currency can differ. The facility needs to state each one and identify any conversion.

Funding asset

A lender supplies bank funds or eligible stablecoins under its mandate.

Recipient funds

The business or supplier receives the currency and destination agreed in the instruction.

Repayment currency

The credit agreement states what the borrower owes. Any conversion cost and currency exposure need an assigned owner.

A confirmed transfer still needs to be reconciled.

Authorisation, movement of funds and payment allocation answer different questions. The proposed system connects them through a common facility reference.

An instruction can be delayed, rejected or received without enough information to identify its purpose. The record needs to preserve that distinction.

  1. Delivery delayed

Confirm the provider’s status before retrying or changing the route.

  2. Receipt unmatched

Hold the payment for review until the facility and allocation are established.

  3. Repayment missed

Open the servicing case and follow the agreed collection process.
