On-chain Credit
A shared record for the life of a loan.
Finanzer is designing on-chain credit operations that connect approved financial events to the underlying facility. Private evidence, legal rights and human authority remain part of the same process.
Shared services
Credit review and servicing
Each product keeps its own terms and risk limits.
Make the record visible. Keep the evidence controlled.
Selected events can be recorded on-chain without publishing the borrower’s documents. References connect the two records for authorised users.
On-chain
Transfers and loan status
- Funding transfers
- Repayment transactions
- Approved loan updates
Controlled access
Business documents
- Identity and company files
- Invoices and bank records
- Review notes and legal agreements
Define what the system can execute.
The proposed contract design separates recording an event from authorising a movement of funds. Each operation needs a defined input, permission and result.
Authorise
An approved instruction names the facility, recipient and permitted operation.
Execute
The selected provider or contract carries out the instruction within its permissions.
Confirm
Record the result and match it to the facility. Unresolved events remain open for review.
A transfer, a loan and a token represent different things.
The design keeps these objects separate so each participant can identify the rights and obligations attached to them.

Business events still need evidence.
Delivery, repayment and default cannot be established from a transaction hash alone. The operating process needs trusted records and a named party responsible for confirming them.
Source evidence
Link delivery records, bank receipts and other inputs to their origin.
Credit authority
Keep model assistance separate from the authorised lending decision.
Exceptions and recovery
Record corrections, disputes, missed payments and the actions taken.
No. The proposed architecture separates selected financial events from private business evidence. The implementation must define which events, identifiers and permissions are used.
Tokenized instruments remain part of the proposed architecture. Any future investment instrument needs its own structure, rights and transfer rules.
Contract code can execute defined operations on assets it controls. Collection from a business and enforcement of off-chain rights depend on the agreements, servicing and recovery process.
No. FZR is the proposed network asset. A loan agreement, any investment instrument and a voluntary FZR risk mandate have separate roles.
