Information you provide and technical data

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. It records your permission to process the enquiry, a submission reference and the time of submission. A technical fingerprint of the submission helps prevent duplicate saves; it is not used for advertising.

When you email us, your address, message and any attachments become part of that correspondence. Include only what is needed to explain your request. The public enquiry form is not a secure channel for identity documents, financial statements, passwords or payment credentials.

The systems serving the website receive request information such as an IP address, requested page and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Hosting or security logs, where enabled, may record technical requests. The website application does not add advertising profiles or third-party analytics tracking.

Why we use information

We use enquiry details to understand and respond to your request. Where you ask about a contract you may enter into personally, the relevant basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. For general or business enquiries, our basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.

The form asks you to confirm that we may process your enquiry and contact you about it. This is not a subscription or consent to marketing. In a local preview, the form separately explains that it saves a record on the preview server without sending email.

We use necessary technical information and short-lived rate-limit records for our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and preventing abuse. We process privacy requests and information required by law to meet legal obligations. Records needed to handle a dispute may be kept for our legitimate interest in establishing or defending legal rights.

We consider the effect on your rights when relying on legitimate interests. This website does not add you to a marketing mailing list when you send an enquiry. It does not make automated credit, investment or other decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

How the current enquiry form works

Where the form is enabled, it saves the reviewed submission in a private inbox on the server running the website. When email delivery is active, Resend processes the enquiry to send a notification to our team and a confirmation to your email address. The confirmation does not include your message. The website displays a reference after the email service accepts both messages; acceptance does not guarantee arrival in an inbox. In a local preview marked as local delivery, no email is sent. An enquiry does not submit a financial-product application.

Access to the saved records is limited by filesystem permissions. People administering that server with the necessary access can read them. Form drafts remain in page memory while you edit; the form does not save them in browser local storage, and a reload does not recover them.

Use [email protected] for a privacy request or a message that needs to reach Intelliger LTD, rather than relying on a local preview submission. If your request concerns a saved preview enquiry, include its reference and identify where you submitted it.

Who may receive information

Website administrators may access information to operate the site and handle enquiries. Infrastructure providers process the technical data needed to serve the website. If you contact us by email, the email services involved process that correspondence. When email delivery is active, Resend and the receiving email services process addresses, enquiry content and delivery information. The enquiry handler does not automatically share form content with an external CRM, analytics service or financial provider.

We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to address a dispute or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell website enquiry information. Following a link to another service brings that service's own data handling and privacy notice into scope.

How long information is kept

We use the purpose of the record to determine its retention: whether an enquiry is still being handled, whether follow-up is reasonably needed, whether a complaint or legal issue remains open, and whether a specific legal obligation requires it. Information should be deleted or anonymised when those purposes no longer apply.

Saved enquiries, prepared emails and delivery records have no automatic expiry in this implementation. They require a manual review and deletion by the server operator, including copies held in mailboxes and by email providers where applicable. Short-lived email-based rate-limit entries expire after one hour and are cleared from memory when the server restarts. This is separate from the saved enquiry record.

You can ask us what information is retained about your enquiry and request deletion. If a legal requirement prevents immediate deletion, we will explain the reason and the information affected.

Location and international transfers

A local preview saves enquiries on the computer running it. When email delivery is active, information is also processed through Resend and receiving email providers. The location of a deployed website's hosting and of email handling depends on the infrastructure used. This notice does not promise that every copy of your data remains in a particular country.

If we arrange a restricted international transfer, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for the locations and safeguards relevant to your information before providing sensitive material.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or request portable copies of eligible information. You can withdraw consent for consent-based processing without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Rights can have exceptions. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, and will explain any refusal or limitation. We respond within the time required by applicable law; UK data-rights requests are normally handled within one calendar month, subject to lawful extensions or pauses.

You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office or, where applicable, the supervisory authority where you live or work. You do not have to complete our complaints process before contacting a competent authority.

Security and children's information

Access restrictions, input validation and abuse controls help protect the information collected through the site. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Tell us promptly if you believe information has been exposed or sent in error.

The public enquiry form is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Product age and eligibility requirements are determined separately by the relevant service.
