Finanzer Rewards
Earn cashback on eligible card purchases and see how each reward reaches your account. Purchase, pending reward and paid cashback stay connected.

A monthly total is useful. Knowing where it came from is better. Follow individual rewards, distinguish pending from paid and see the credit once it reaches your account.
The example shows paid rewards separately from a purchase still awaiting completion. Paid cashback is already included in the account balance; it isn’t extra money to count twice.

Your program defines the base reward. Merchant or category offers can add another reason to use the card, when their conditions fit a purchase you already intend to make.
| Reward | What to look for | What can change it |
|---|---|---|
| Card cashback | The eligible spend and rate for your program | Exclusions, spend bands, monthly caps and reward currency. |
| Merchant or category offer | The merchant, category and campaign dates | Activation requirements, country, limits and the offer’s terms. |
| Paid cashback | A completed reward credit in your activity | Refund or reversal rules can create a later adjustment. |
Your reward terms specify the rate, cap, qualifying purchases and payout conditions for each offer.
A reward needs to complete its own lifecycle, even after a card payment appears in your activity.
The merchant, category and program rules determine whether the transaction qualifies.
The purchase may need to complete before the reward is paid. A pending amount is not yet available to spend.
Paid cashback appears in the account. If the purchase is refunded or reversed, the program’s adjustment rules apply.
Compare the value for your own purchases, including the costs of the account or card you choose.
A headline rate does not tell you how much cashback you can earn in a month. Look at the eligible spend limit and reward ceiling.
Cash-like transactions, transfers or particular merchants may be excluded. The reward terms define the qualifying purchase.
Cashback reduces the cost of an eligible purchase. It does not remove the purchase price or the cost of borrowing used to fund it.
The transaction or eligibility checks may still be incomplete. Pending and paid are different states. Check the purchase and the reward program’s payout conditions.
A refunded or reversed purchase can reduce or reverse its reward. The program terms determine how any adjustment appears in your account.
Campaigns can be limited by merchant, category, country, dates and account eligibility. Use the offer details shown for your account.
Do not assume they will. Compare credit interest and fees separately. A reward does not change the repayment obligation for PostPay, Flex or Asset Flex.
Meet the card, then review the cashback program available for your account.
