### Are transfers instant?

Delivery depends on the route and destination. Review the estimated arrival in the live service; checks, network conditions or the receiving provider can delay a transfer.

### Can I cancel or reverse a transfer?

It depends on the route and payment state. A transfer that has settled, especially a blockchain transfer, may not be reversible. Check recipient details before confirming and use your account’s support route if you notice an error.

### What if a payment is still processing?

Check its status and reference before sending again. A processing state is not proof of failure. Contact the service provider through your account if you need help tracing it.
