> Explore the Finanzer signature card: in-store and online payments, eligible cashback, transaction history and card controls connected to your account.

Pay in person or online, earn cashback on eligible purchases and stay close to every transaction. Your signature card connects spending, controls and payment choices in Finanzer.

## Quietly distinctive. Made part of your day.

Warm ivory, sculptural ribbon relief and the Finanzer globe. A considered design for the card you take from your wallet, not an extra level of complexity when you pay.

## Can’t find your card? Start with a freeze.

Pause your card from its controls while you check. When it’s back with you, unfreeze it. Keep the card’s status, spending limit and online payment setting in view.

A freeze is a card control, not a way to reverse a completed purchase. For an unfamiliar transaction, use the official support route supplied with your account.

## Useful before, during and after a purchase.

The card is only one part of a payment. Finanzer also helps you understand what happens around it.

### Shopping online

Use your virtual card and review the merchant and amount in your activity. You can distinguish a pending authorization from a completed charge.

### Paying abroad

See the applicable currency and conversion charges. Check your card’s spending and regional conditions before travelling.

### Following cashback

Find the reward against the purchase that earned it. A pending reward becomes paid only after the program’s conditions are met.

### Choosing how to fund an expense

Spending your balance and borrowing have different consequences. Compare Pay now, Daypath, Stepline and Holdpath before choosing credit.

## A payment choice you can understand.

Start with the money available in your account. If you use a credit product, review the amount, repayment dates and total cost separately from the card purchase.

### Pay now

Pay with your available money.

Spend money you already have in your account. Your available balance reflects pending payments, so you can see what remains to spend.

Funding: available balance · No borrowing in this mode.

### Daypath

Spend today. Settle on payday.

Cover an eligible expense before payday, then repay on the agreed date. Check the full cost and whether the payment fits your expected income.

Credit eligibility and repayment terms apply.

### Stepline

Spread an expense over installments.

Choose an eligible expense to repay over time. Compare every due date, the applicable rate and the total you will repay.

Credit eligibility, fees and repayment obligations apply.

### Holdpath

Borrow against eligible holdings.

Access funds without selling eligible assets upfront. The loan has borrowing costs, and pledged assets can be liquidated if collateral conditions are breached.

Collateral can lose value. Extra collateral, repayment or liquidation may be required.

## Account first. Card next.

Card options and delivery depend on your account and location.

### Confirm your account

Complete the identity and eligibility checks and review the account and card agreements.

### Review the card options

Check virtual and physical availability, issuance or delivery charges and any spending limits.

### Fund and set your controls

Add money through your account’s funding instructions. Review your card settings before your first purchase.

## Choosing and using your card

### Is this a credit card?

The signature card is the payment instrument. Pay now uses your available balance; Daypath, Stepline and Holdpath are separate credit choices with approval and repayment terms. Do not assume every card purchase creates credit.

### What does the physical card cost?

Issuance, delivery and replacement charges depend on your card program and market. Request the applicable fee schedule before ordering.

### Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Wallet support depends on the issuing program, device and market. Confirm the supported wallets for your card before relying on them.

### Does freezing a card cancel subscriptions?

A card freeze does not cancel your agreement with a merchant. Manage subscriptions with the merchant and check the card program’s rules for recurring payments.
