Receive income, hold supported currencies and pay for everyday life from one account view. Know what is available, what is pending and where each payment belongs.

## Income in. Everyday life out.

Receiving a payment, paying for a trip and keeping a record should fit into one routine.

### Receive income or a transfer

Use the funding instructions for your account and currency. The beneficiary details and reference connect incoming money to the right account.

### Hold the currencies you use

See balances separately so you can decide whether to keep money in its current currency or convert it for an upcoming payment.

### Spend from what is available

Pending card authorizations reduce the money available for your next purchase. The account keeps those commitments visible.

### Return to the record

Find a transaction, trace its reference and export a statement when you need to reconcile a payment or share a record.

## Three numbers. One useful distinction.

In the illustrative account shown above, a pending card payment explains the difference between booked and available money.

| Example balance | Amount | Meaning |

| --- | --- | --- |

| Booked | €1,874.80 | Transactions already recorded in the account. |

| Pending card purchase | €34.80 | Reserved for a purchase that has not yet settled. |

| Available | €1,840.00 | What remains after that pending amount. |

Illustrative ledger, not a live customer account. Other holds or restrictions can also affect available money.

## Choose the destination. Review what arrives.

For an overseas payment, the account is your starting point. A quote connects the funding balance to the recipient’s amount, fee and estimated arrival.

If you choose a stablecoin wallet route, confirm the asset and network at both ends. A USD-denominated stablecoin has issuer, custody and redemption risks distinct from a currency account.

## Make the first incoming payment count.

Confirm your account setup before sending money to it.

### Complete verification

Confirm your identity, residence and the services available for your account.

### Use the supplied details

Copy the funding instructions for the right currency. Check the reference and any permitted funding methods.

### Follow the incoming payment

Use its status and reference to track it. Once funds are available, you can spend or prepare a transfer.

## Using your account

### Which currencies are supported?

Personal brings EUR and a USD-denominated stablecoin balance into the account experience. They have different legal and risk characteristics. Ask which account currencies and funding methods are available in your market.

### Why is available lower than booked?

A card purchase may reserve money before it completes. That pending amount reduces what remains available. Account restrictions or other holds may also affect the balance.

### Is a stablecoin balance the same as a bank deposit?

No. Stablecoins carry their own issuer, custody and redemption risks. Review the terms of the specific asset and service, including how you can convert or withdraw it.

### Can I download statements?

Yes. Use account statements to review activity or share a financial record. Available formats and date coverage are shown in your account.
