Different financial products expose you to different risks. Read the agreement and disclosures for the service you choose. This overview does not replace them or promise a particular return, protection or outcome.

## Accounts and the treatment of funds

An available balance, an investment holding and collateral are not interchangeable. Pending payments can reduce what you can spend before they appear as completed transactions. Currency balances can also change in value when measured in another currency.

Check which entity holds or owes your funds and what happens if it fails. Safeguarding, deposit insurance and investment-compensation arrangements are different. Protection is not established by the Finanzer AI brand or by this website; it depends on the named provider, product and applicable conditions.

## Cards, transfers and rewards

Verify the recipient, amount, currency, fees and delivery conditions before sending money. An incorrect recipient, unsupported network or mistaken account detail may make a payment difficult or impossible to recover. A website demonstration is not a live quote or guaranteed arrival time.

Foreign-exchange rates and transaction charges affect what the recipient receives. A card authorisation may reserve funds before settlement. Refunds, disputes and rewards have their own conditions; a pending reward may change or be reversed if its underlying purchase changes.

## Daypath, Stepline and other borrowing

Borrowing creates a repayment obligation. Review the total cost, interest where applicable, fees, due dates, eligibility requirements and consequences of late or missed payments before accepting credit. Approval and credit limits are not guaranteed by a product page.

Business funding can involve security, guarantees or conditions tied to the use of funds. Review who is liable, which assets are at risk and whether repayment remains due if the expected sale or income does not arrive.

## Asset-backed borrowing

The value of collateral can fall quickly. A fall may require additional collateral or repayment, and the applicable agreement may allow liquidation. Liquidation can occur at an unfavourable price, and sale proceeds may not cover all obligations, depending on the agreement.

Understand valuation methods, thresholds, notice arrangements, liquidation rights, charges and any remaining liability. Keeping ownership exposure while borrowing is not the same as keeping the asset free of risk or restrictions.

## Digital assets and stablecoins

Digital assets can lose some or all of their value. A stablecoin can depart from its target value, and redemption depends on its issuer, reserves, terms and available infrastructure. The word ‘stable’ is not a guarantee.

Custodian failure, lost access credentials, protocol defects, cyber incidents and network disruption can prevent access or cause losses. On-chain transactions can be irreversible. Check the exact asset, address and network and do not assume ordinary bank-deposit protections apply.

## Earn and investment allocations

Returns may vary and are not assured. Historical or illustrative figures do not predict future results. An allocation may expose you to investment, issuer, counterparty, market or liquidity risk, including loss of principal.

Understand where the return comes from, who holds the assets, when withdrawals are allowed, applicable lock-ups and fees, and the impact of adverse market conditions. Money allocated to an investment may not be immediately available for spending.

## Agent and business approvals

An Agent explanation or proposal can be incomplete, mistaken or based on information that has changed. Review its sources and the underlying account, invoice and permission records. Do not treat generated text as personalised financial, legal or tax advice.

The website examples require human approval and do not execute payments. In a connected service, confirm its actual permissions and approval settings. Business users should grant appropriate access, check approval rules and independently verify unusual payment requests.

## If you need more information

Ask for the product agreement, fee schedule, named provider and relevant risk disclosures before proceeding. If a risk or obligation is unclear, seek appropriate independent advice and do not rely on a demonstration to fill the gap.
