Tell us what happened and what you would like us to put right. The right complaint route depends on whether your concern is about this website, your personal information or a particular financial service.

## Contact Intelliger LTD

For a concern about the Finanzer AI website or brand, email hello@intelliger.ai with ‘Finanzer AI complaint’ in the subject. You can also write to Intelliger LTD, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Include a way to contact you, the relevant page or service, what happened, relevant dates and any reference you already have. Explain the outcome you are seeking. If you need an accessible way to communicate, tell us what would help.

Do not include passwords, PINs, authentication codes, seed phrases or full payment-card numbers. A complaint can usually start with a reference and a description; sensitive supporting material should use an agreed secure channel.

## What happens next

We will review the concern, establish whether it relates to this website or a separate service provider, and ask for further information if needed. We will explain our findings and any action we can take. If another provider is responsible, we will explain the route rather than treating a website enquiry as a complaint submitted to that provider.

The applicable response deadline and escalation rights depend on the service and law involved. This page does not replace a regulated provider's complaints procedure or impose a waiting period before you can exercise a right.

The website enquiry form is for general enquiries, not a financial provider's formal complaints process. A form marked as local preview does not email our team. Use the published email for a website complaint, or the provider's official complaints route for a financial service complaint.

## A complaint about a financial service

Contact the entity named in your account, card, payment, credit or investment agreement using its official complaints channel. Keep a copy of your complaint and any response. Its procedure should explain the applicable deadlines and any independent escalation route.

For an eligible UK financial-service complaint, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be available after the firm's process or the relevant response period. Eligibility depends on the firm, activity and complainant. Intelliger LTD's Companies House registration does not itself establish eligibility for that service.

## A concern about your personal information

Email hello@intelliger.ai and identify the information or request involved. You may also complain to the ICO or another competent data protection authority. Your ability to contact an authority is not conditional on using this website's enquiry form.

## Fraud, lost cards and urgent account issues

Use the urgent support and card-security channels in your actual financial service for suspected fraud, unauthorised payments or a lost card. The public website's demo freeze button cannot freeze a real card, and email to the website operator is not a substitute for notifying your provider promptly.
